- The holder of the Multipass is obliged to purchase a separate festival ticket and any other necessary entrances for access to the festival grounds and the Tent Inn.
- When purchasing a Multipass, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller in advance of their interest in using the Multipass at the Beats 4 Love and Colours of Ostrava festivals.
- In the case of selection from festivals listed above, the Buyer may change his/her choice of festivals after the purchase, but at least 7 days before the start of the festival, by informing the Seller by e-mail to eshop@tentinn.eu.
