General Terms and Conditions for Tent Inn Multipass and All Inn Multipass

1. General provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the sale, use, and modification of the Tent Inn Multipass and All Inn Multipass ("Multipass") for the 2025 season.

1.2. The operator and seller of the Multipass is Tent Inn, s.r.o., registered at Karpatské námestie 10A/7770, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID: 52081702, Tax ID: 2120887648, VAT ID: SK2120887648 ("Seller").

1.3. The buyer is an individual or legal entity that expresses interest in purchasing the Multipass and submits an online order via the organizer's e-shop.

1.4. The holder of the Multipass is an individual who presents a valid Multipass to the organizer for authorized use, provided that a purchase contract has been concluded with the Seller and the purchase price has been duly paid.

1.5. If the buyer is an individual consumer, the purchase contract is also subject to the applicable consumer protection laws, including Act No. 102/2014 on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling, Act No. 250/2007 on Consumer Protection, and Act No. 40/1964 Civil Code, as amended. If the buyer is a legal entity, the contract is governed by Act No. 513/1991 Commercial Code, as amended.

1.6. Purchased Multipasses are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold or duplicated for commercial purposes. Multipasses cannot be used as contest prizes or for other promotional activities without prior written consent from the Seller. In case of loss, damage, or theft, the Seller is not obliged to issue a replacement Multipass.

1.7. When using the Multipass, each instance of use is registered and reduces the remaining available uses.

1.8. A falsified, duplicated, or otherwise invalid Multipass will be deemed void and cannot be used. The holder is responsible for protecting the Multipass from damage, loss, or fraudulent use.

1.9. Multipasses can only be purchased online via the organizer’s e-shop at www.tentinn.eu.

1.10. The Seller will accept an order only if it contains all required details, including buyer information, purchase details, payment method, and necessary delivery information.

1.11. Once the order has been confirmed by the Seller, it cannot be canceled, and no changes can be made to the quantity or category of purchased Multipasses.

1.12. The buyer, as a consumer, is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract pursuant to Section 7(6)(k) of Act No. 102/2014 on Consumer Protection in

Distance Selling, as the contract pertains to leisure activities to be provided at a specific time or within a specified period.

1.13. The purchase price of the Multipass is displayed on the Seller’s website and includes VAT as required by law.

1.14. The purchase price is final and includes all applicable taxes.

2. Service Description and Conditions of Use

2.1. Tent Inn Multipass entitles the holder to accommodation in the Tent Inn campsite at three festivals of their choice during the 2025 season.

2.2. All Inn Multipass entitles the holder to accommodation in the Tent Inn campsite at ten festivals of their choice during the 2025 season.

2.3. The Multipass includes:

2.3.1. XL tent with a double airbed, pillows with fresh covers, and two warm blankets.

2.3.2. Priority check-in.

2.3.3. Charge Inn service (available only with the All Inn Multipass).

2.3.4. Safety locker with electric sockets (available only with the All Inn Multipass).

2.3.5. Baggage service (available only with the All Inn Multipass).

2.3.6. Welcome package (available only with the All Inn Multipass).

3. Festival Reservation and Changes

3.1. When purchasing a Multipass, the buyer is required to inform the Seller in advance about their intention to use the Multipass for special festivals listed in the product description.

3.2. If the buyer selects these special festivals, they may change their festival selection after purchase, but no later than 14 days before the festival starts, by notifying the Seller via email at tentinn@tentinn.eu.

3.3. Festival selection changes are subject to availability in the Tent Inn campsite.

4. Conditions of Participation in the Festival

4.1. The Multipass holder is required to purchase a valid festival ticket and any additional access passes necessary for entry into the festival grounds and the Tent Inn campsite.

4.2. The Multipass does not include any other services beyond those explicitly listed in these GTC.

5. Cancellation Policy and Complaints

5.1. The Multipass is non-transferable and assigned to a specific individual.

5.2. Once purchased, the Multipass cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases where the festival has been canceled without rescheduling.

5.3. Complaints shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including those governing distance selling and general consumer rights.

5.4. In the event of a complaint, buyers should contact the Seller at tentinn@tentinn.eu.

5.5. If a consumer is dissatisfied with the resolution of a complaint, they may request an alternative dispute resolution with the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI),

Prievozská 32, P.O. Box 5, 820 07 Bratislava 27, or another competent body registered for alternative dispute resolution at the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (www.mhsr.sk).

6. Data Protection

6.1. When ordering and purchasing the Multipass through the online shop, the Seller or an authorized third party will process personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

6.2. Personal data is processed with full awareness of the rights granted to the data subject. Once the purpose of data processing is fulfilled, the Seller will ensure the secure disposal of personal data.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These GTC are governed by applicable laws, including consumer protection regulations, the Civil Code, and the Commercial Code.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
